Alongside innovative thinking, one of Micas AG's core values is family and work-life balance. The best example of this is the company kindergarten and after-school care facility that provide our employees with convenient childcare. Our family-friendly approach means we are leading the way amongst medium-sized engineering companies, as evidenced by various awards in recent years.
