Our state-of-the-art production lines enable us to assemble PCBs with 0201, BGA and µBGA designs. Our high-performance machinery is not only designed for the production of large series, but also enables low-volume, high-mix production. Thanks to rapid machine retooling, we can also produce moderate quantities cost-effectively.
